Introduction
This lesson is designed for a high school physics class. The project is to design a roller coaster that beats all exsisting records for height, slope, and speed. The students will be asked to perform calculations to verify that their design will meet the project requirements. The lesson gives students a chance to use not only their physics skills but also focuses on creativity, hands on design, public speaking, research ability, and use of multimedia software.
