World Languages Honor Society
Purpose: The members of the world language department have established an honor society for students in advanced foreign language study, for the following reasons:
· To recognize and reward high echievement in the foreign language classroom - French, Italian or Spanish and to promote the continuity of interest in and enthusiasm for the language study.
· To stimulate this achievement, interest and enthusiasm in other students.
· To foster an atmosphere of understanding and acceptance of all cultures, to learn from one another, and to appreciate the value of a multicultured society.
