Willow Grove Middle School has adopted a philosophy based upon a structure of teaming whereby a group of teachers shares a common group of students. A schedule is devised which provides common instructional and planning time for all teachers on a team. This structure provides a powerful vehicle for the development of integrated, interdisciplinary instruction. The team structure also provides a strong network of support and encouragement for middle school students.
